About the Facilitators
Kala Balasubramanian – Kala is a psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Psychology and is the Founder of Inner Dawn Counselling and Training Services LLP. She is a Certified Transactional Analyst in Psychotherapy (CTA-P). With a MS in Counselling and Psychotherapy and certifications in couple/marriage and family counselling, Gestalt, NLP, CBT etc, she holds space, offering support, understanding, and acceptance to help clients explore their emotions, help them manage their challenges, relationships, and stress better. She works with individuals, couples and adolescents towards healing and transformation.
Rosemary Kurian – Rosemary practices as an educator & a psychotherapist. She is the founder director of a human growth and expansion initiative – Lyminality Pvt Ltd. Her work involves offering growth and learning spaces that encourage Living with Integrity, Freedom, & Empathy – L.I.F.E. With master’s degrees in Business Administration & Psychology, she is a Certified Transactional Analyst in Education (CTA-E). In her practice, she works with individuals, groups, & corporates, integrating Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, & other modalities, along with creative methods, to support transformative inner work & growth. An avid reader & creativity enthusiast, she enjoys doodling, baking, stitching, & knitting.
